New Year, New Goals.
2019 has started, did you make any new year's resolutions? Was financial health part of them? Are you trying to keep up with the Jones and it is stressing you out?
This year you should take a closer look at the stresses that are taking away valuable time from your family. Do you have to work extra hours to make ends meet? Is there nothing left of your pay cheque after you pay your bills, or did you over spend during the holidays.
We have the convenience of having our bills emailed to us, but do we really look at them. Probably not, I must admit I am guilty of that too. Now is the time to evaluate your expenses and spend the time to go over your charges. Is there changes that can be made to save you $10 or $20 a month. Doesn't sound like much every month but for 12 months that is $120 or $240 a month. How many hours did you have to work for that $120 or $240? What else could you spend that money on or put towards. Could you put it away for the next holidays?
Think about it and see what small changes you can make at home.
